A complete commercial build for McDonald's at Navtlughi St. 8 in Tbilisi's eastern district. ERTI handled the full project from foundation pit reinforcement to the finished restaurant — delivering to McDonald's global construction standards within an 18-month programme.
The challenge
McDonald's global construction specifications are detailed and non-negotiable — from structural loads to MEP routing, ventilation requirements, and kitchen equipment anchoring. The site also required robust foundation pit reinforcement using sheet piling and steel struts before above-ground construction could begin.
Our approach
ERTI first reinforced the foundation pit using sheet piling and steel struts. The above-ground construction then followed McDonald's approved architectural and MEP drawings, with ERTI coordinating all trades to ensure full compliance with the brand's standardised fit-out requirements.
