Georgia's first sheet piling company
Founded in 2016 with one goal: introduce sheet piling technology to Georgia. Guided by Dutch trade partners, we studied the field, analysed sheet pile systems, and launched our first projects in Tbilisi and Batumi.
Within our first year we completed seven major projects and invested in a full fleet: two Giken Silent Pilers from Japan and one conventional press-in piler. We exhibited at Caucasus Build 2017, marking our public entry into the Georgian construction market. Today we operate across the country — from Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi to Poti, Kobuleti, and Samegrelo — delivering foundation pit reinforcement, silent piling for heritage-sensitive sites, and full construction contracts. Our 24-project portfolio includes the Hilton Hotel Tbilisi and the McDonald's Navtlughi — both built in full by ERTI.
