The brief
ERTI's most landmark project — the complete construction of Tbilisi's Hilton Hotel at Kote Abkhazi St. 29. Spanning two years from foundation to finish, the project marked ERTI's evolution from a specialist subcontractor into a full general contractor capable of delivering a five-star international hospitality property.
The challenge
Delivering a luxury hotel to international Hilton standards in the heart of a densely built historic district required construction management of exceptional complexity. The tight urban site demanded precision at every phase — from the deep foundation excavation to the final interior fit-out — while minimising disruption to neighbouring properties and upholding the quality standards of a globally recognised brand.
Our approach
ERTI assumed full general contractor responsibility — coordinating the deep foundation engineering using Giken silent pilers for the basement excavation, structural framing, envelope works, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out. The in-house capacity to handle both the geotechnical and construction phases under one management umbrella streamlined delivery.
